Salon Policies

Welcome to Organic Beauty Salon & Spa's online site.  If you have any questions with the online scheduling please call us at 608-242-4247.  We do understand that emergencies and occurances that are out of your control come up, so please be aware of out cancellation policy. 

Per our cancellation notice we require a 24 hour notice.  If you cancel in less than 24 hour notice you may be charged 50% of what your service total would be.  If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service that is reserved.  If you are receiving special offer or groupon services your voucher will be redeemed and you will need to repurchase a new voucher.
